Good but ...
I LOVE the concept of this stapler .. HOWEVER .. it seems that if I didn't HIT the stapler JUST RIGHT, the staple didn't go through and I would have to pull it out and redo. Still, when it worked, it was great with lining up the staples in just the right place and my programs turned out wonderful! Just takes some patience!

I bought one and thanks to its malfunction I am now a stapler engineer. It is very heavy and a somewhat awkward design. Mine (an older one) says to use SF 15 staples which are actually SF 4's these days. However a manufacturing defect with mine at the staple hammer area squeezes the SF 4's and they can't reach into the hammer zone. However - My stapler works with Standard staples SF 1's just ok to average. Also, the anvil is part of the plate and the plate has slotted screw holes for adjustment. After adjusting I still get wacky staple bends in the back of the paper. Lining up the pamphlet on the seam just right takes some skill. Will work through this to complete concepts prior to sending off to printing house but then it is going in the trash.

Great stapler
Perfect for making small half fold booklets in low volume. We make a small Bat Guide for ourselves ([...]) and this stapler is perfect for binding the books. Making our own half fold guides allows us to change the content and keep it up to date, the problem was binding them. This gadget solves that problem and we can staple up 30 guides accurately in no time at all.

Stanley Bostitch Booklet Stapler
I purchased this stapler in lieu of another more expensive brand, and it worked like a charm on about five pages without jaming, using standard staples without a problem. I didn't give this product five stars because I haven't use it on it's capacity of 20 sheets. I am glad I made this purchase.

Simply Perfect!
I never take the time to write reviews of products I purchase on Amazon, but today after stapling 100 booklets with this little marvel, I just had to share. IT'S PERFECT. It's so simple, no fuss, no muss, just perfectly aligns your folded pages and staples at the fold. It's so simple. I've had this device for about a year now and it has never failed me. bostitch stapeler
The book stapler in the beginning was excellent. I was using it to staple 2 page books together for a kindergarten project. After using about 1000 staples, the staples began to stick and I had to keep removing them. It was very frustrating. Maybe a different kind of staple would work better,but the stapler itself was very easy to operate and really great for making the booklets.

I have been looking for a reasonable priced long reach stapler for quiet a while. I couldn't find one at the store so I decided to do a little internet searching. When I found this one (spro1316) I decided to placed an order. I was pleased with the item when I received it. It did the job that I had and the price was a lot lower than the one you will find at the store. I recommend this item to anyone that is looking for a stapler.

I bought this stapler primarily because it was about 1/3 the cost of other models. It works great, though I wish the markings for knowing how far to insert the paper were clearer and numbered. But overall a great product at a great price.

Long Neck Stapler
It meets my needs by keeping the papers aligned and stapling the papers in the area I want. It is light enough to carry around with me, but heavy enough to staple a stack of papers.

Long Reach Stapler
The product works fine. The reason I didn't give it a 5 is because I haven't had it long enough to test its durability. No complaints so far. Not a spectacular product, but it does the job.
