These are the easy to peel ones....
The wax backing paper is cut diagonally to enable easy peel. If it's the uncut back you want, which is impossible to start but peels off in one full sheet, use product code 30605, Avery Pres-a-ply. For normal people, 5165 is the one to buy. The backing paper on Staples 8.5x11 labels is made with a single cut, which the people in our office find irritating to work with. Having suffered through 100 of those, we returned to the Avery brand and got the 30605's. Ugh! The 30605's are less expensive, but they're cheaper for a reason. Stay away from those and buy these.

not the same as the last batch
Avery changed the backing of the labels, the backs no longer peel off as one full sheet. Instead there are multiple sheets to pull off. Some probably think they are easier to use this way and I can see that it is easier to find a pieces to peel off - but that's just the problem---now you have lots of pieces to peel off of the sticky sheet. I just hate doing things repetitively.

Lexmark 2600 printer feeds paper but doesn't print?

My printer, Lexmark 2600 will not print. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program twice. I did every diagnostic test possible and it still won't print. I also went through the help center for lexmark and followed all their directions but the printer still won't work.

When I go to print a word document the printer doesn't do anything.

go to start - printer and faxes - right click with your printer (Lexmark 2600) - set as a default printer. right click with your printer again - preferences(printing preferences) - settings - load factory settings . ctrl+P - print test page .

Canon MX300 printer feeds paper in crooked. I cleaned the roller and still feeds crooked. What should I do?

I have tried looking to see if there is any obstruction but there doesn't seem to be. What should I do?

try putting the paper in at a crooked angle so it corrects itself. Maybe you need a new printer. if it feeds paper in crooked but prints at the right angle then that is fine.

My printer feeds the paper only on one side causing it to jam. Help!!?

I have Lexmark X6170 printer. When trying to print the printer drags the paper only on one side which causes the paper to jam or print sideways. The paper goes sideways every time and its really annoying. What might be the problem? How can I fix it?

This seems a defective paper roller. Have it repaired by a professional because this kind of prob will require opening the unit with adequate knowledge on the service manual it.

keeps saying machine is jammed, but it isn't, just won't feed rest of paper in.

Had the same problem, after taking it to bits I found that my niece had Put her crayons into the paper feed. Sounds to me that you might have a foreign body jammed. See if you can shake it loose other wise it will have to be stripped down.

Printer will not recognize vellum paper, so it won't print, just feeds through?

I am making my own wedding invitations and when I try to print our announcements on vellum the printer just feeds it through to the out tray. It's like it does not recognize the vellum as being paper to print on....
I have a printer/copier/scanner Epson Sylus CX7400
Is there a setting that I need to select in order for the printer to recognize the vellum paper...?

Some types of vellum are transparent and often light weight. The problem could be that the paper edge light sensors are going through the paper. I have seen this happen with vellum paper before. Try selecting the transparancy film or film and that should work, if you have that for a choice.
