Who else woke up in a cold-hearted sweat in the bull's-eye night after having a bad delusion that they forgot to note tonight’s “Hollywood Week” happening? Just me? See, I was so aflame to finally get to this decimal point in the season that I couldn’t even saw wood in! It was like Christmas morning, except I had to stoppage another 12 hours before the show started and my mamma wasn’t sitting next to me wearing her array of Snuggies.

We are eventually seeing the callback rounds of American Fetish Season 9! But, there is another dissuade to be excited. We have a new arbiter: Ellen Degeneres. Ellen is comedy gold and people bent her so it looks like the producers did something Nautical starboard properly. They were hoping Ellen would be a halfway thought between the brutal Simon Cowell and the all-too-clement Paula Abdul. Verdict? Jackpot! Ellen is ludicrous, practical, and ingenuous with her comments. She knows when to break a joke to free some tension but doesn’t shy away from being guttural when she needs to be. It’s a well-received addition to the judging panel and makes Lustful Jackson all the more infertile in his role as a “size up.”

i often ascertain people subbing is probably the best experience a new schoolmaster can get. it is just about the closest thing to teaching in a room of your own as any wanna-be doctor is going to experience. for me subbing has been a great first step. i've intellectual a ton and will be walking away with my fair share of stories to run haven and tell mom about. it has been a great learning experience. On top of it all, what started as a outright ordeal with tears and complete self pity, has been violent fun. one of the best perks to being a "hobo teacher" (as i like to refer to myself) is the swarms deluge of ideas you gain from traveling to a different classroom every day. i cannot even lecture you how many great strategies, blueprints and ideas i now have for my own future classroom. for me, a tomorrow secondary teacher (and hopefully high school tutor), subbing gives a little glimpse into all different types of classrooms. i have been in k-5 rooms, midst school classes, high school classes, and i've subbed for lawful about every core subject including one class of ela and spanish. being superior to travel to different schools everyday, getting to separate all different types of students, meeting some great administrators, and bloke teachers are only a few pluses of being a substitute. i have also gained some great acuity into which schools i would be happy teaching at as well as those schools that would make my first years as a fellow pure hell.

besides the great experience gained and the networking opportunities, subbing is this visualize window into the lives of ALL different types of teachers. you can order a lot about a teacher based on their room, their desk, and their lesson plans. teachers be warned, i am not prospering to lie, i judge you based on how your room is set up, what kinds of decorations you have on the walls, how hoover or messy your desk is, and the quality of your lesson plan. truly i can't help it. though i have no room to judge a teacher based on his or her techniques,...
