What's the best way to remove sticky price labels from vinyl binders, without damaging the binder?
I've searched for similar questions & can't find any...just wondering what (if anything) folks have found that works.

lighter fluid (naptha) usually will to it. Some say peanut butter, but I haven't tried it.
Use a hairdryer to heat them up. This should make the glue tacky and easy to remove the labels

white vinegar is good but you have to let it soak for a while
If you don't want to damage the binder - then try something as simple as Olive Oil. It doesn't have a toxic smell to it, and it is washable with soap and water. You may have to use some water to get the paper part off first, but the oil will break down the adhesive.

I've never tried it myself, but some swear by it.
Go to your local medical supply store. They should have some adhesive remover wipes. They are made by two companies. One is called Hollister. The other is Convatec. It also comes in a convenient bottle so you can pour it on a cotton ball and use as much(or as little) as needed. Follow up by wiping with a dry tissue or paper towel. This will remove adhesive from most anything with out leaving ugly marks on it. It will only take a tiny amount to do the job you are needing done. This adhesive remover is specially designed to remove the sticky stuff that hold colostomy bags on with. I work in a medical supply store and I'm so glad I have found such a product as this. It's a GOD SEND!

Use cotton ball, wet the price sticker and wait ten minutes, then peel off.
Wipe the remaining glue with the cotton ball dipped in the remover.

Rubbing alcohol
There is a product called Un-Du from the makers of Goo-Gone. It only takes a few drops of the liquid, and the bottle comes with a scraper on it to lift the sticker off once it is saturated. I've used it on paper, plastic, glass, and wooden items with no damage to the original finish. I've found it at Wal-Mart and Office Depot and at some scrapbook supply stores, too.
I use hand or body lotion. it works for me.

There are several commercial products (like Goof-Off or Goo Gone) that can be found in paint departments, but WD-40 is usually sufficient.

How can you get sharpie off a vinyl binder?
I tried alcohol, clorox wipes and vigorously scrubbing with Mr. Clean's Magic Eraser thing.
I have the answer that you might not expect. HAIRSPRAY! spray a little hairspray on the sharpie mark and wipe with a paper towel or cloth rag.

Well if its a big decal you would use a plotter, but those are expensive. You could always use an exacto knife and a stencil or free hand if you are good a drawing. you also need transfer tape, you can buy all of this whole sale on line just do a google for vinyl for signs and cars.
Or you could just go to a sign place in town because doing vinyl yourself without a plotter is a pain in the a** trust me I work for a sign shop. We use a plotter to do all our stuff though. It may be expensive to get what you want but the cost of the vinyl and the time it would take you its worth the money to just go have it done.
Also you usually can only buy vinyl in huge rolls so alot of it would be wasted and like I said earlier vinyl isn't cheap.
