Excellent
I bought this binder for use after my son was born. I started wearing it the day after I had him and already after one week I noticed a huge difference in belly size compared to my post natal belly the last time. (I didn't use a binder the last time and it took MONTHS to get my belly back.) Haven't tried any other binder and don't need to, this one is comfortable and is pretty well hidden under clothes, and it velcros tight. I recommend this to anyone who is planning on having a baby!

So stiff!
I ordered this binder after having abdominoplasty in June. I was looking for another light, breathable binder, which is what this product describes. It is stiff! It feels like having a piece of cardboard across your stomach, and looks like that under t-shirts. I immediately washed it, thinking it would get better, but it didn't improve that much. I wear it at night, as it does keep the swelling down, but it's not very functional during the day.

Great Ab Binder Post-Partum
Had my son a week ago and have been wearing this binder for the last few days. It's extremely comfortable, doesn't bunch up and can only be seen under tight clothing. I've been able to have it on all day and night without problems. I ordered a small and I'm 5'2"...pregnancy waist got to 43 inches and I'm already down to 37". I'm usually 130lbs, 29" waist so hopefully this helps tighten my belly until I can resume regular exercise again.

finally something that is actually worth the $$$ i paid!
i've bought the baboosh baby "taut" by mom of 4 brooke burke...i've bought the cheapy $10 neoprene waist belts from wal-mart and target...they all kind of suck. the "tauts" by brooke was $65 and i was less than impressed. there was some compression, but the part where it velcros on overlaps a bit either on the top or on the bottom and chafes your skin...i put a shirt on and it was very obvious! so far, not happy with any of the products i have tried, and trust me, i have tried a LOT of different brands!
i have come to the conclusion that you need two different types of waist compressors/slimming belts. one for exercise, where there is no compression but lots of heat so you can sweat it off, and the other for daily wear where there is actual compression going on to hold you in and support your back.
THIS PRODUCT IS GREAT FOR DAILY WEAR TO HOLD THAT LITTLE BIT OF GUT IN AND GIVE YOUR ACHY BACK SOME RELIEF!
i have just opened this and put it on, and WOW i can actually feel the compression. i can breathe comfortably, i am sitting down, and it feels really good! this is one great product! the price is fair, it is pretty durable (so far i think) i would not work out in this, but i will wear this under my clothes daily. i am not skinny nor fat, pretty average i think, and a small fits pretty well. if you get this, i would size down. i normally wear medium or large and this small fits very comfortably.
it is directly on my skin and i do not feel any chafing at all. yay!
one thing. it IS noticable under a tight shirt. but not a big deal as it gives me what i really wanted, which was support for my achy back and a little help with the unflat belly department! super super happy with this purchase =)

Finally, breatheable support shaped for a woman's body!
I have had mutiple abdominal surgeries resulting in recurrent hernias and abdomiunal pain (due to adhesions/scar tissue). I've gone through all the "typical" abdominal binders (free from the hospital, available at medical supply stores, etc.) and over time they all start to roll over, become hot and uncomfortable and lose their shape. So I went on a search to find something better!

At first, I considered the abdominal supports now being touted to pregnant woman. But after reading mutiple reviews, I realized they are no different; it's all in the marketing and high price (almost 3x as much as this binder!). I am very pleased with my choices.

I have been wearing this binder everyday for about a month and a half and these are the benfits I've found:
* binder lies flat and does not show under my clothes
* it provides good supoort but is not overly restricting (great for slimming a post surgery-pregnacy belly!
* the material is breathable and strechable (it hasn't bothered me on hot/humid days)
* it's curved to be shaped for a woman- I think this is what keeps it from rolling
* you can't beat the price!

Remember, no binder is "perfect"- you're wearing a binder for God's sake! But this is the closest I've come.
** side note: pay attention to the dimensions!! I had to order a size smaller than my usual clothing size and I'm glad I did! Even if it starts tight, it stretches soon enough and there is plenty of "velcro attachment" space to adjust sizes.

Great!!!
I searched several stores for 'The Perfect Recipe Organizer', and ended up empty handed. I went to the internet and landed on this Bon Appetit Deluxe Kitchen Binder. I ordered it and I am a very happy customer. My only wish is that it would hold a lot more pages then what it does; I have several more recipes that need organizing. I guess I'll just have to purchase another one of CR Gibson's recipe binders. I'm sure I will be satisfied.

Nice Quality
I liked the binder very much. It is very classy. I wanted to purchase one for each of my adult children as Christmas presents. My only disappointment was that the number of binders that I requested was not available. I wanted 7, but only 3 were available. I'm still looking for more!!!

good, not perfect
Nice cover, and has good organization potential with room for expansion. I just wish the width of the binder was smaller ... so it would fit more easily on a shelf like a more traditional book does. I also wish the dividers and inner surfaces were laminated or plastic. Spills and wet hands could cause warping. The recipes would be protected, but not the inside of the binder.

Perfect Recipe Organizer!
This product was so perfect, I had to write my very first review! It came with both 5x7 and 8 1/2 x 11 plastic sleeves. When I purchased, I read many of the reviews and one of the concerns was buying the replacement 8 1/2 x 11 sleeves from the manufacturer because they didn't quite fit. The sleeves that come with initial purchase fit perfect. I bought extra 8 1/2 x 11 plastic sleeves for a standard 8 1/2x11 notebook from Staples. Works great!

I recommend this product for anyone who loves to cook and collects recipes!

I work for a school district. I was walking out of work and I noticed in the trash can was a binder with everyones personal information. like names and SSN. Is this against the law? My company does not think so. Who should I contact??? I need help , thanks. What steps should I take? I dont want other people to have my ssn and mess my credit up. please help thanks. Should I go to the cops ?

I would suggest you ask to contact the supervisor of the person that told you this was not a problem. If they tell you again it is not a problem, explain your concern and contact the President of the School Board or the District Superintendent.

I have jewels and stickers and tacky glue. i was thinking of putting my name on it(jewels) and a crown above my name(sticker). What else should I put on it? Students; How Do You Organize Your Binder?

I'm trying to find a fool-proof way to keep my binder(s) organized this year, because usually by the end of the year it turns into my own personal, portable trash can...*sigh*...
Please tell me how you organize your binder BESIDES by subject because that is the one that doesn't work the most for me. Thank you so much guys!

if seperate binders, per subject, isn't your thing.. you could try getting one big binder for all your subjects and divide them with dividers, but have paper and a folder in each section for each subject.. this way you won't have papers all over b.c there will be a folder for each subject with the necessary paper for taking notes..
